Who is responsible for your information

Information Mixtus collects
When you send an enquiry through the website, Mixtus receives the details you choose to provide, which may include:

- your phone or WhatsApp number;
- the services and timeline you select; and
- the project information you include in your message.
Mixtus may also receive information you provide by email, WhatsApp or Messenger. Basic technical information may be processed by website and email providers to deliver the site, prevent misuse and send your message.

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand what help you need, prepare a proposal or quote, provide requested services, keep appropriate business records and protect the website from misuse.
Mixtus relies on legitimate interests to respond to general enquiries and run the business. Where you ask Mixtus to take steps before entering into a contract, your information may also be processed for that purpose.
